Aijia

Aijia was born and bred in Los Angeles by a family of musicians and entertainers. While most people waited until their high school or college graduations to make the trek to the entertainment capital, she had already been exposed to late night jam sessions, songwriting and had a front row seat to some of the best live music in the world. Her family owned one of the hippest music venues in the city, and she was often found with a coloring book in the back of the bar, while acts like The Chili Peppers and Madonna took the stage. Her own piano-based songwriting style is reminiscent of Jackson 5 soul, Alicia Keys melodic lines, and topped off with a Sara Bareilles lyrical twist.
